Most common issues on this model
- Fast-boil surface element that is slow, uneven or dead
- Surface element switch that clicks but gives no heat
- Upper or lower oven that heats poorly
- EasyClean cycle that ends early
The LG LDE3035SB pairs a Fastest Boiling Element on the cooktop with a 6.7 cu. ft. oven, a 6 in upper oven height and an EasyClean cleaning feature. The LDE3035ST and LDE3035SW are the same model in other finishes. This older range is still common in kitchens.
The Fastest Boiling Element is a higher-wattage burner, so burned terminals and a worn receptacle are what we look at first when it runs slow. Burner switches that click without heat point to the infinite switch or the element itself, and each is tested separately.
We read the label for the model and serial and match parts to it. The price you approve is in writing, and a 30-day warranty covers the work.

Error codes this model can show
Why is my fast-boil element slow now?
A high-wattage element draws more current, which can burn its terminals or receptacle over time. We inspect the contacts and test the element, then replace the part that shows wear.
The knob clicks but nothing heats. Is the element bad?
Not necessarily. The infinite switch behind the knob may be the one failing. We test the switch output and the element separately so you do not pay for the wrong part.
Do you service the upper oven too?
Yes. The 6 in upper oven has its own bake element and sensor. We test it independently from the main oven. A failed upper element will not affect the main oven, and the reverse is also true.
