Buildings finished at one time often carry the same few LG models in every unit, so a pattern is easy to spot once someone records it. Our notes are filed by address and model, so we can tell you when one issue keeps returning across apartments.
For rentals, condos and builder-installed laundry closets we coordinate access with you or your tenants, confirm windows ahead and send a summary after each visit covering the checks made, the parts changed and any decision left to you.
Send the unit count, the appliance types and the access method, and we build the visit schedule around them.
Tell us the model and the code. We will bring the part.
Book in about a minute, or call the desk. Same-day windows inside the Loop on most days, next-day across the rest of Houston.
