Most common issues on this model
- Spark ignition on all five sealed burners
- UltraHeat 18.5K BTU burner flame
- Oven igniter and gas valve
- ProBake convection fan
The LSG4515BM is an older LG gas range with a 6.3 cu. ft. oven, ProBake Convection, EasyClean, five sealed burners rated at 17K BTUs and an UltraHeat 18.5K BTU power burner. It is a Legacy model that is still in everyday use.
With five burners, we begin by lighting each one and watching the flame. A burner that clicks but will not light, or lights unevenly, usually points to a dirty port, a spark module or an igniter. We then move to the oven igniter and the convection fan.
We take the model and serial from the label first. Gas fittings are checked for leaks after any work, pricing is in writing, and a 30-day workmanship warranty applies.

Error codes this model can show
One burner keeps clicking. What is wrong?
Constant clicking often means the burner cap is misaligned, the ports are dirty or the spark electrode is worn. We clean and test the burner before replacing parts, so the repair stays small.
Does the power burner need different parts?
The 18.5K BTU UltraHeat burner is larger than the other four, so we match its burner head and valve by the label before ordering, to be sure the replacement fits.
Does the LSG4515BM share parts with the LSG4515ST?
LG lists the same capacity and burners on both. We still confirm the exact model from the label so the parts match your range rather than a similar one.
