A loose power connector or a damaged cord is the usual cause on portable units. We test the input and the cord, and only then look at the board.
Why is the indicator always on one color?
Dust on the PM 1.0 sensor or a failing sensor can hold the reading. We clean the sensor window and test the response before replacing anything.
My phone cannot connect to the Mini app. What now?
We check the unit powers and runs normally, then reset the Bluetooth pairing. If the unit still does not appear, the board is checked. A weak phone signal is also ruled out.
