Why does only the small upper oven fail to heat?
The upper cavity has its own bake element and wiring. We test the element for continuity and the connector for burn marks, then check the relay on the control board before suggesting parts.
My dual element heats only the center. Is that fixable?
Yes, usually. A dual element has an inner and an outer circuit, with a switch selecting each. We test both circuits and the selector switch and replace the part that fails the test.
