Most common issues on this model
- EasyClean cycle that ends early or leaves the door locked
- Oven igniter that glows but the burner does not light
- Cooktop burner with uneven flame
- Touch panel that lags
The LG LDG3031ST is a gas range with a double oven design, 6.1 cu. ft. of oven capacity, EasyClean, and IntuiTouch controls. It is an older model, a freestanding range that connects to a gas line and a household outlet.
With EasyClean, a cycle that stops early sends us to the door latch, the oven sensor, and the board. For gas problems, the igniter and safety valve come first. At the cooktop, we clean the burner heads and check the spark electrodes if a flame is uneven.
We read the model and serial label first so the right part is ordered. You get a price in writing, and our repair carries a 30-day warranty.

Error codes this model can show
My EasyClean cycle stops after a few minutes. Why?
The oven sensor or door latch may not be confirming the cycle. We test both and check the board for any stored error, then quote the repair.
What is the difference between gas ignition on the cooktop and in the oven?
The cooktop uses a spark at each burner. The oven uses a hot-surface igniter that warms until the safety valve opens. They are separate systems, so a problem with one does not mean the other is bad.
Do you service the upper oven of a double oven?
Yes. The upper oven has its own ignition parts. We test it separately from the main oven. A problem in one oven does not mean the other needs work, so you are quoted only for what is wrong.
