The LSE4616ST is an induction slide-in range with a 6.3 cu. ft. oven. It was sold in two finishes, and its oven has a convection fan and a self-clean cycle.
An induction cooktop heats the pan with a magnetic field and has no glowing element, so the checks are different from a standard electric top. A zone that will not start or shuts off partway may have an issue with cookware detection, the cooling fan beneath the glass, or the power module for that zone. We test those in that order, and we try more than one pan, because a warped or non-magnetic pan can mimic a failed zone.
The oven is serviced as an ordinary electric oven: elements, sensor, fan and latch. A slide-in sits flush between cabinets, so we slide it out carefully. We check the label for the model and serial before we order a part, and the written price comes before the repair.
