Most common issues on this model
- Fan not changing speed as expected
- Indicator not matching the room conditions
- Filter reminder lit after a swap
- Tower fan noise at higher speeds
The U10CS1C is a PuriCare AeroTower, a tower-style LG air purifier that is still a current model. It is sold in two finish options, and the tower shape suits a bedroom corner or a spot beside a sofa.
On a tower purifier we begin with the filter, because a poor seat lets air bypass the filtering stages. We then clean the sensor opening, test the fan at each speed, and check that the indicator light resets properly after a filter change.
The label gives us the model and serial, which also tells us which finish and filter set you have. You get a written price first, and, because older filters can differ, we match the filter set to the label. We stand behind the repair with a 30-day workmanship warranty.

Does the finish affect the parts?
The two finish options mainly change the look. We still read the label before ordering, so any filter or panel we quote matches your exact unit.
The AeroTower fan sounds louder on high. What do you check?
We look for dust on the blades, a loose panel, and a filter that sits crooked. Those are easy to confirm and are checked before any motor discussion.
Is the U10CS1C discontinued?
No. It is still a current model, so filters are generally easier to match. We still confirm the model and serial from the label before ordering anything.
