It is LG's name for the vent feature on this over-the-range microwave. We test the fan speeds and airflow, and inspect the filters and the duct or recirculation path.
Can you tell whether my unit vents outside?
Yes. We look at the top and rear of the unit and the duct. If it recirculates, we check the filter and outlet; if it vents out, we check the duct for blockage.
The fan runs but the oven will not start. Where do you begin?
We begin at the door latch and switches, which gate the oven. The fan has a separate path, so a working fan does not tell us the door signal is correct.
