The crease care and the moving hangers are the two features that make it different from a simple garment steamer. If slacks come out without a crease, we check the lower rail and its motion. If shirts are still wrinkled, the steam generator and the hanger movement come first. Two separate tanks, one for fresh water and one for condensate, can also stop a cycle when they are full or not seated.

What do we check when pants have no crease?
The lower rail, its movement and the steam reaching it. We test how the crease care operates through a cycle. Pant crease care depends on that lower rail, so we test it separately from the main hangers.
Why does the closet stop and ask for water?
The fresh-water tank may be low or not seated. We check both tanks and the sensor that reads them. A tank that is full or sitting crooked can send the same message, so we check seating before any part.
Does the moving hanger system need attention?
If garments are not flexing during a cycle, we inspect the motor and the rail travel. A rail that sticks leaves clothes creased even when the steam output is fine.
