LT0813CNR
LG LT0813CNR Through-the-Wall AC Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Fit in the wall sleeve and the seal around it
- Fan speeds and Auto Cool
- Louver action across four directions
- Coil and filter condition, including corrosion
The LT0813CNR is an LG through-the-wall air conditioner made to fit a standard sleeve. It has Gold Fin anti-corrosion coating, three cooling and fan speeds with Auto Cool, and 4-way air direction. It is an older model that remains in many apartments and older homes.
Because it sits in a sleeve, service starts with sliding the chassis out and looking at the sleeve, the seal and the drain at the back. Then we clean the filter and coils, spin the fan and check the louver drive.
We confirm the model and serial from the label before ordering any part, because sleeve-fit units from this era look alike. The price is written before work, and repairs carry a 30-day workmanship warranty.

What does universal fit for sleeve mean?
It means the unit is designed to slide into a standard wall sleeve. We check the chassis seats well and the seal around it holds.
Is the Gold Fin coating a repair item?
It is a protective coating on the coil. We look for corrosion or damage as part of the coil check and report what we see.
Why does the air only go one way?
The 4-way air direction relies on the louvers and their drive. We test the movement and the panel input if the louvers stay put.
