My room air conditioner runs but does not cool. What should I check?
Clean the filter, make sure the vents are clear and the room is closed. A dirty filter or a blocked coil cuts cooling sharply. If it still blows warm air or ice forms, the cause may be low refrigerant or a failed part, which we test.
Why is water dripping inside the room?
Most units drain condensate toward the outside, so the unit usually needs a slight tilt toward the back. A blocked drain, a clogged filter or a heavy ice buildup can send water inside. Check the tilt and the filter, then book a visit if it continues.
Do you repair ducted or mini-split systems?
