LT12124CNR
LG LT12124CNR Large Wall Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Trim kit fit and seal
- Fan speeds under a heavier load
- Panel and remote input
- Energy Saver cycling
With an 11,800 BTU rating and coverage described as up to 530 square feet, the LT12124CNR is a current LG wall air conditioner. Trim kit included, with panel or remote control and an Energy Saver function.
At this size it is often placed in a large bedroom or small apartment, and it works harder, so airflow matters more. We clean the filter and coil, test each fan speed and check the seal around the trim kit.
The panel and remote are tested one at a time, and Energy Saver is checked on and off. Model and serial come from the label before we order a part. A written price comes first, with a 30-day workmanship warranty.

How large a space is the LT12124CNR for?
The stated limit for cooling is 530 square feet. We weigh any complaint of weak cooling against that figure and the room's sun exposure.
Why does it run constantly?
In a large room or with a leaky seal, a unit of this type may never reach the setting. We check airflow and the seal first.
Is the number LT12124CNR printed on the unit?
It is on the label. We read it and the serial before ordering any part.
