The app and remote both fail. Is the board bad?
Not necessarily. We check power, the panel and the receiver first. If the unit runs from the panel, the board is working and the connection or remote is the issue.
What do high, mid and low modes change?
They set the cooling and fan strength. If one mode behaves differently than it should, we measure the fan motor and check the board's output for that setting.
Can you reset the Wi-Fi link?
We can walk through the reset and pairing steps. If the unit still will not connect, we test the unit's Wi-Fi hardware and tell you what we find.
