What CH24 means

CH24 on an LG dehumidifier is a pressure switch error. The pressure switch watches conditions in the cooling system and tells the control when something is out of range, such as airflow that is blocked enough to throw the system off balance. When it trips, the dehumidifier stops and shows the code. A clogged air filter or an obstruction in front of the unit is the first thing to rule out because it is simple to check, although the code can also point to the switch or the sealed system.
