My Craft Ice stopped but regular ice works. Why?
Craft Ice has its own maker. We check its water supply, tray and the freezer temperature, then the maker itself. The other maker may be fine, so we test each separately and tell you which one needs a part.
Can a tall dispenser cause problems for a large pitcher?
A weak flow, or ice stuck in the chute, can make filling slow or messy. We check the filter and the inlet valve, then clear the chute and test the dispenser lever, and quote before replacing a part.
What does Cool Guard mean for service?
It describes a metal interior that helps keep food cold. The interior itself needs no service, but we check the cooling system that feeds it, including the fans, vents and door seals, when temperatures drift.
