Why does air fry mode not crisp food?
The mode needs the convection fan and heating element to run together. We check fan rotation, the element, and the sensor, since any one of them being off weakens the result.
My range will not connect to the ThinQ app. What do you check?
We look at the range's Wi-Fi module, your router signal at the kitchen, and the control board. Some connection problems are network settings, and we tell you plainly if that is the case.
A triple element heats only one ring. Can that be fixed?
A multi-ring element has separate circuits and a selector switch. We test each ring and the switch, and replace the element or switch that fails the test.
