The app says the unit is offline but it is running. Why?
That points to the Wi-Fi link rather than cooling. We test the unit from its panel, then check the pairing and connection. A unit that shows offline while cooling normally is a pairing problem, and it rarely needs cooling parts.
How is the panel different from the remote?

What room size can it cool?
