Why is the half-gallon fill so slow?
Usually a clogged filter or restricted supply line. We test the filter, valve, and tubing and measure flow at the dispenser. Poor flow can also come from a bent line behind the unit, so we look there too, and we confirm the new filter is seated.
My door shelves are warm. What next?
We check the Door Cooling+ fan and vents, then the gasket and door alignment. If the shelves stay warm after the fan is running, we test the sensors and look for iced vents behind the panel.
Do both freezer drawers need checking?
Yes. Each has its own track and seal, and a drawer that does not close tightly lets in warm air. Debris on the tracks or a dropped item can also keep a drawer from closing, which we clear and test.
