WSEX200HNA
LG STUDIO WSEX200HNA WashTower Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Dryer heating and thermal protection on the electric half
- Vent run length and lint buildup
- Washer drain pump and filter with XL loads
- Level stance of the stacked cabinet
The WSEX200HNA is an LG STUDIO WashTower from the newest generation, with XL capacity and an electric dryer half. A front-load washer and dryer share one cabinet and one control panel, and the WSEX numbering sets it apart from the earlier WKEX models.
A tower like this goes into a laundry closet or alcove, where the vent run is often long and tight. We begin with the half that fails. On the electric dryer we check heating and airflow, since lint in a long vent slows drying on dryers of this type; on the washer we check the drain pump, the filter and balance.
XL loads are heavy for a stacked cabinet, so level and balance are part of every visit. We confirm the model and serial from the label before ordering any part. You get a written price before work starts, and the repair has a 30-day workmanship warranty.

How is the WSEX200HNA different from the WKEX200HWA?
It is the newer generation, carrying the LG STUDIO badge and the WSEX numbering, while the WKEX200HWA belongs to the earlier WKEX group. Both are XL towers with an electric dryer and one control panel.
The tower is slow to dry. What do you check?
We start with airflow in the vent run, then the electric heating circuit and thermal protection. On electric towers like this, a long vent in a closet often explains slow drying.
Can the XL washer make the tower move?
Yes, if the load is unbalanced or the base is not level. We check the leveling feet and balance, then the suspension if the movement continues.
