Why does my oven bake unevenly?
The convection fan, the rear element, or the sensor may be weak. We test each and replace only the part that fails. If all three test normal, we check the control board's output to the elements.
How do you test an infrared heating element?
With a meter for continuity, plus a look at its terminals. A broken element shows no continuity and replaces as one unit. If the element has continuity but still stays cool, the relay or board feeding it is next.
Does EasyClean use the same parts as a full cleaning cycle?
It uses the door latch, sensor and board, so a failure points to one of those. If those all test good, the board is the next place we look, and we explain why before quoting.
