Most common issues on this model
- Induction zone start-up and cookware detection
- InstaView window lamp and knock response
- Induction cooling fan
- Convection fan in air modes
The LSIL6336XE is a current LG slide-in induction range. LG lists induction heating, a 4.3kW UltraHeat element, ProBake Convection, air fry and air sous vide modes, and an InstaView window you knock twice to see inside.
We handle the induction side and the oven side as two checks. On the cooktop: cookware detection, zone start-up and cooling fan. In the oven: the fan, the element and the window lamp. A dark window and a dead zone are separate problems.
We read the label for model and serial, quote in writing before any work starts, and back our repair with a 30-day workmanship warranty so you know what to expect.

Error codes this model can show
The zone beeps but will not heat. Why?
Usually the zone is not detecting cookware, or the electronics are protecting themselves from heat. We test the pan, the zone and the cooling fan before suggesting a part for your range.
How does InstaView relate to the oven light?
They are separate lighting circuits. If the window stays dark but the regular oven light works, we test the window lamp and the knock sensor, and we quote only the part that has actually failed.
Does air sous vide need special service?
It needs steady low oven heat and fan airflow. We check temperature control and the fan if results vary, and quote only what the tests show.
