What Meadows Place homes change about a LG repair
Local housing, power events, water conditions, and installation styles all affect how we approach LG diagnostics here.
Houses from 1968 onward
Ayrshire Corporation put up the first houses in 1968, and incorporation as a city followed in 1983. About 1,962 housing units, almost all single-family, fill the city's 0.93 square miles.
A house from the 1960s or 1970s may have older wiring and supply lines behind an updated kitchen. Tell us the house's age, and we check the circuit and connection before blaming the appliance.
City wells and a reclaimed-water lake
The city supplies its own water from three wells. A lake built in 2011 holds reclaimed water for recreation and irrigation, and it placed second among Texas environmental projects in 2012.
Lake water does not reach your appliances, so scale or filter problems trace to the well supply. Read the city's annual report, and tell us if a filter clogs early.
Brays Bayou drainage
Stormwater from Meadows Place runs into the Brays Bayou watershed, which Stafford and Missouri City also drain into. Following a heavy rain, garage laundry and freezers are what we examine first in houses of this age.
We look for rust on the feet and damp cords before running a cycle. If a unit stood in water, leave the plug out and tell us before we come.
Nearly every home in Meadows Place, a city of under one square mile, is single-family. We serve 77477. Say whether a garage unit also needs a look and where we can park.
Older houses and a bayou watershed are what we keep in mind. We check the feet, cords and drain, then finish with a complete cycle. If old wiring, a damp garage outlet or the water line is behind it, we say so and name the trade.
