LFXS24663S
LG LFXS24663S Three-Door Door-in-Door Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Door-in-Door latch and seal
- Bin seating and condition
- Compressor start and run behavior
- Fresh-food and freezer airflow
The LFXS24663S is an older LG Door-in-Door French three-door refrigerator at 24 cubic feet, listed with extra door bins and shelf space. It is a legacy model, and many are still in use.
The Door-in-Door has a second latch and seal, so we test that both close tight. Door bins and their seating are looked at, since heavy bins can affect the seal. We check cooling by thermometer, then fans, defrost and the compressor’s start and run pattern.
Because the facts for this model are short, we lean on the label for the model and serial before ordering. A written price comes first, with 30 days of workmanship coverage.

Does the LFXS24663S have an ice dispenser?
The facts for this model do not mention one, so we check the unit on the visit before assuming anything about its ice or water setup.
What do you inspect on the Door-in-Door?
The latch, the inner seal and the hinges. A small gap there lets warm air reach the door bins, and the main door must seal over it as well.
Is the LFXS24663S still serviced?
Yes, and many remain in service. We confirm the model and serial from the label and quote the price in writing before ordering parts, so the part we fit matches your unit.
