Counter-depth and smart, the LCFC26XSS is a 26 cu. ft. LG MAX French door refrigerator. The counter-depth shape brings the doors close to the cabinet line, but the cabinet on each side leaves less room for airflow behind and around the unit.
Because it is frost-free, a fan pushes cold air from the freezer to the fresh food section. If the fridge warms up, we check the evaporator fan and the air path, then the defrost system. A door-ajar alarm that sounds with the doors closed leads us to the gasket and the door alignment. For smart features, we test the connection separately.
