The LRGL5823S is a gas range with an air fryer, five sealed burners and an UltraHeat 20K BTU burner for rapid boiling and true simmering. It works with the ThinQ app for smart features and ThinQ Care alerts, and the convection oven circulates hot air. The same family includes the LRGL5823D.
A connected gas range has three jobs to separate: the app link, the gas side and the air-fry hardware. If the app drops out while the range cooks normally, we check the Wi-Fi module and the settings. If the oven is slow to light, we measure the igniter current and check the valve.
For soft air-fry results, the convection fan, the element and the sensor are tested together, along with the tray position. Because this family has more than one version, we match parts to the model and serial on the label, and the price is written before work begins.

Air fry on my gas range comes out soft. What do you check?
We test the convection fan, the igniter and the sensor, since air fry needs strong airflow and steady heat. We also check that the tray is not blocking the air.
How is the UltraHeat burner serviced?
We clean the ports, check the cap fit, test the spark and measure the flame. A burner that is slow to boil usually has blocked ports or a cap that sits crooked.
