Most common issues on this model
- Upper and lower oven bake and broil elements
- Convection fan operation
- Oven temperature sensors
- Self-clean latch on each oven door
- Control response and display
The LTEL7337D is an LG slide-in electric range with a double oven and 7.3 cu. ft. of total capacity. It has a convection fan and a self-clean cycle, and it sits between base cabinets on a 240-volt circuit. Two ovens in one range mean two sets of heating parts and sensors.
When only one oven misbehaves, the other helps us narrow the cause. If the lower oven heats and the upper does not, the problem is in the upper oven elements, sensor or connection, not in the power supply. We test each oven’s elements and temperature against the setting, and we check the convection fan on its own.
We also inspect the range cord and terminal block, since heat at the connection shows up as dim or slow heating. We confirm the exact model and serial from the label before ordering any part, give you a written price before we start, and cover our work with a 30-day workmanship warranty.

Only one oven on my LTEL7337D heats. What does that tell you?
The power supply is probably fine. We test the elements, the sensor and the wiring of the oven that does not heat, and compare against the oven that does.
Can the two ovens run self-clean at the same time?
We would not recommend it. We look at the latch and seals on each door, because a worn latch can stop a cycle before it finishes.
What does the convection fan add in a double oven?
It moves hot air so food cooks evenly on multiple racks. If it is noisy or slow, we check the blade and motor before looking at the control.
