WM4370HKA
LG WM4370HKA Allergiene Washer, TurboWash Repair
Most common issues on this model
- TurboWash fill and spray
- Heating for the Allergiene cycle
- Door boot, glass and latch
- Drain pump filter and hose
- Spin balance and bearing noise
The WM4370HKA is an older LG front load washer with a 4.5 cubic foot drum that lists TurboWash, 6Motion, ColdWash and an AAFA Certified Allergiene cycle. The WM4370HWA is a variant.
A washer that runs several specialty cycles gives us more to verify: fill, heat, spray and drain each have to work for the cycle to finish. We check the inlet valves and screens, the pump filter and the latch, then watch a cycle for heat. Vibration on spin leads us to the feet, the suspension and the bearing.
We read the model and serial from the label before any part is ordered, since the HKA and HWA numbers differ. You get a written price first, with a 30-day workmanship warranty on our repair.

Error codes this model can show
What is the difference between the HKA and the HWA?
They are listed as variants of one model, and we read your label to see which you own. Finish-specific parts are matched to that exact number.
The Allergiene cycle stops early. What do you check?
We check the water supply, the heating and the drain, and then the latch and control response. A cycle that depends on heat will stop if the washer cannot reach it.
Do large front loaders need special care in the laundry room?
They need a firm, level floor and a clear drain. We check both during service, because a floor that flexes can make a healthy washer shake.
