LG WT7400CV Mega Top Loader and Smart Pairing Repair
Most common issues on this model

- Smart Pairing and ThinQ control response
- Drain pump
- Spin balance with large loads
The WT7400CV is an LG top load washer with a 5.5 cubic foot mega capacity tub, TurboWash3D, 6Motion, Smart Pairing and ThinQ with ThinQ Care. Look for WT7400CW on the label if yours reads differently.
Smart Pairing lets the washer pick a compatible drying cycle, so on a call we separate the mechanical checks from the connected ones. We test the lid switch, the fill and spray, the drain pump and the spin. Then we check the washer’s own controls to see whether a connection problem is in the machine or the network.
We confirm the model and serial from the label before ordering. A written price comes first, with a 30-day workmanship warranty.

What is Smart Pairing?
It lets the washer auto-select a compatible drying cycle. We check the washer's own controls; the dryer is a separate machine, and we handle its service as its own call.
What is the capacity?
5.5 cubic feet, listed as mega capacity. A tub that large needs good balance, so we check the feet and the load when it shakes.
What is the WT7400CW?
The WT7400CW is a variant of this washer. We match your label before ordering, so a finish difference does not lead to a wrong part.
