LG Appliance Repair in Bayou Vista, TX
Highway 6 skirts Bayou Vista, a community of dredged canals where most houses have boat access to Galveston Bay. Fewer than 2,000 residents make it calm midweek and lively on summer weekends.

What Bayou Vista homes change about a LG repair
Local housing, power events, water conditions, and installation styles all affect how we approach LG diagnostics here.
MUD 12 and the Mackey plant
Galveston County MUD 12 handles water here as one of the Gulf Coast Water Authority's Highway 6 customers. The authority supplies treated Brazos River water from its Thomas S. Mackey plant in Texas City.
A fill problem on an LG dishwasher or refrigerator usually starts at the appliance, not the source. Filter, screen and valve come first, and weak flow everywhere sends you to the MUD.
Rust in garages and under-house storage
Nearly every back yard touches a canal, so damp salt air hangs around for most of the year. Surface rust appears on appliances kept in garages or in storage beneath the house.
Refrigerator and washer door gaskets collect mildew unless they are cleaned often. We inspect gaskets and drains and show you where to wipe.
Stacked laundry and a bait refrigerator
Laundry pairs here are often stacked or side by side, and a spare refrigerator may hold bait, drinks or the day's catch next to a 24-inch dishwasher. A remodeled kitchen can include a range or cooktop.
Tell us about every cold unit and photograph the stickers. All of them get tested in one visit.
Home sales began in the early 1960s, and incorporation came in January 1985. The 2020 census counted 1,763 residents. Visits reach 77563, so send the sticker picture and say where to park near the canal.
Damp air accounts for much of what we find on waterside machines. We test, clean and run a cycle. A damaged outdoor outlet needs an electrician.
