Why is only one ice maker working on my fridge?
Each ice maker has its own mold and fill path. When one stops, we check that maker's water line, its motor and sensor, and the cold air reaching it, rather than assuming the whole system failed.
The InstaView window does not light when I knock. What is checked?
We check whether the panel receives power, whether the knock sensor responds, and whether the light itself works. A door that is not closing fully can also keep the window from reacting.
What does SpacePlus change for service?
The ice system sits in the door area instead of taking freezer shelf room, so water travels a different route. We check the fittings, the door seal around it, and that ice is dropping into the bin.
