Most common issues on this model
- Water fill and spray during TurboWash cycles
- Door boot and latch
- Drain pump filter and hose
- Spin noise from the direct drive motor
- Level and connection if paired with a SideKick
The WM3575CV is an older LG TurboWash washer with a 4.5 cubic foot capacity and a direct drive motor. The WM3575CW is a variant, and the washer is SideKick compatible.
We start with what an owner can see: leaks near the door, slow draining, or a cycle that ends with wet clothes. That leads us to the boot, pump filter and drain hose first, then the inlet valves. A direct drive motor makes no belt noise, so any grinding on spin means we check the bearing and the mounting.
We read the model and serial from the label before we order a part. You see a written price first, and our work is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty.

How big is the drum on the WM3575CV?
It holds 4.5 cubic feet. A drum that large carries heavy wet loads in spin, so when the washer shakes or walks we check balance, the feet and the suspension before anything else.
Can I pair a SideKick with it?
It is SideKick compatible. If you already have one, we check that its hoses and drain are routed on their own and that the two are level.
My washer leaves water in the drum. What do you check?
We check the drain pump filter and hose for blockage, then the pump itself. Standing water can also trace to a kinked hose behind the machine.
