LDPN454HT
LG LDPN454HT 24-Inch Dishwasher Service

Most common issues on this model
- Spray arm rotation and blocked jets
- Leak detection alert
- Dry-stage fan and vent
- Rack rails on the lower and third racks
The LDPN454HT is a 24 in top control LG dishwasher. It uses QuadWash with four spray arms, has a third rack, and its Dynamic Dry system uses a 2-stage fan. EasyRack Plus gives flexible loading, and built-in leak detection watches water supply, drainage and leakage.
The 24 in width makes it a standard under-counter fit. We start by checking that all four arms turn freely and that the filter is clean. If the unit stops with a leak alert, we dry the base, trace the wetness to a hose, a door seal or a spray arm connection, and only then clear the alert.
The two-stage fan is why a damp load makes us look at the vent first. Before ordering parts we confirm the model and serial on the door label, and we give the price in writing.

Error codes this model can show
How do I know if the leak sensor tripped?
The dishwasher stops and shows an alert. We locate the water first, repair the source, and only then reset the unit. That order keeps us from resetting a unit that still has a drip somewhere.
What is EasyRack Plus?
It is a loading system with adjustable racks so you can fit more dishes per load. If a rack sticks, we inspect the rails and wheels.
Do all four QuadWash arms need to spin?
Yes, they should turn freely. A stuck arm leaves a clean-looking zone that is actually dirty, so we test each one. That is why we test each arm by hand, and we do it before suggesting any part.
