WT7060CV
LG WT7060CV Top Loader in NeveRust Steel Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Lid switch
- Fill valves
- Drain pump
- Tub and drum movement
- Spin balance
The WT7060CV is an older LG top load washer with a 4.5 cubic foot NeveRust stainless steel tub, TurboDrum, ColdWash and 6Motion. The same washer also appears as the WT7060CW.
We begin with the lid switch, the fill and the drain, then watch the tub through wash and spin. A stainless tub is durable, but noise on spin can still come from the bearing or the mounting. Leveling and load balance are the first step before we take anything apart.
The label shows the exact model and serial, and we read both before ordering. A written price comes first, and the repair is backed by a 30-day workmanship warranty.

Error codes this model can show
What is the NeveRust tub?
It is a stainless steel tub. We look at it for damage and check the bearing and seals when there is noise or a leak.
The washer walks across the floor. Why?
Unlevel feet, an unbalanced load or a worn suspension. We check the feet and the load first, then look deeper at the suspension and the tub mounting if it continues.
What is the WT7060CW?
The WT7060CW is a variant of this washer. We match your label before ordering, since the letter at the end of the number can change which part fits.
