WM4370HVA
LG WM4370HVA Washer, SideKick Compatible Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Dial-A-Cycle and display response
- TurboWash fill and spray
- Door boot and latch
- Drain pump filter
- Drum movement and bearing noise
The WM4370HVA is an older LG front load washer with a 4.5 cubic foot NeveRust stainless drum, TurboWash, a direct drive motor and a Dial-A-Cycle panel. It is listed as compatible with the LG SideKick pedestal washer.
Owners usually call about a cycle that will not finish, a leak at the door or a loud spin. We start with the latch, the drain pump filter and the inlet screens, then check the boot and the spin for imbalance. If a SideKick is installed beside it, we make sure its hoses are kept separate.
Before we order anything, we confirm the model and serial on the label. Our written price comes first, and a 30-day workmanship warranty covers the repair.

Does the WM4370HVA work with a SideKick?
It is listed as compatible with the LG SideKick pedestal washer. If you have one installed, we check its connections and clearance as part of the visit.
The washer leaks near the door. What is the usual cause?
On front loaders the door boot, its seal and the drain filter are the first places we look. We find where the water actually starts before recommending a part.
What does the stainless drum change for service?
The drum itself rarely needs work. Noise on spin leads us to the bearing and the mounting behind it, and we check those once the load balance and the feet are ruled out.
