Wrinkle Care keeps the drum turning at intervals after drying, so the motor and belt run more hours than the cycle time suggests. What can I do about a squeak after the cycle ends?
The squeak may come from the Wrinkle Care tumbling on a worn idler or roller. We open the cabinet, find the dry bearing or belt wear and replace it.
My dryer does not heat on a heavy load only. Why?
A partly restricted duct can trip a thermostat on large loads before small ones. We clear the vent and test the thermostats, which often solves it.
How is a 9.0 cu. ft. dryer different to service?
The parts are the same kind but larger, and the drum and blower hold more lint. We spend extra time on the blower housing and duct.
